This listing is for our beautiful new Leila bloom. This beautiful bloom is made of hand cut felt flowers in a salmon, ivory, and mustard color scheme. This bloom can be made on a nylon headband or an alligator clip but the layout of the flowers may differ slightly if on a headband.
All our blooms meet CPSC safety recommendations. This listing is for the bloom only. Hair accessories should not be left with children unsupervised as small parts could be a possible choking hazard.
